Colombian pop star Shakira visited Haiti and donated $400K to rebuild a school
The Colombian Pop Star Shakira visited Haiti yesterday (March 31, 2011). The singer of the soccer world cup 2010 hit song "Waka Waka" made a donation of $400,000.00 US to rebuild a school "Elie Dubois" that was destroyed by the earthquake. She was welcomed by students at that all-girls school.
